4. How do you get to Jangheung from Seoul or Gwangju?

From Seoul, take KTX from Yongsan to Gwangju-Songjeong, transfer to Gwangju U-Square, then board an intercity bus to Jangheung. From Jangheung Terminal, walk to central Tamjingang or take a short taxi.

Jangheung has no KTX station. Check KorailTalk and Bustago or TmoneyGO, especially the last bus after concerts.
